Hi everyone This past Monday we deployed a new competitive map pool on the ESL Open Cups, and besides the games on the tournament some of you saw the streams, followed your favorite streamer on map analysis and what not. We collected some feedback and applied a few fixes on the maps: Data-C Reaper cliff changed to single line (no longer able to siege a tank on it) Cracks doodads HDR reduced to 1.0 (down from 2.0) for better visibility on low graphical settings Inside and Out Fire added to the buildings in one of sides of the map Moondance… [...]

I hangout around 1700 Onyx and regularly run into high level players - while I can usually hang to an extent and not get completely rolled, there is still an obvious discrepancy between myself and a legitimate top player or pro. I see a lot of posts about newer, or lower level players trying to make the grind to Onyx, and those are full of great tips that I already try my best to implement. Do any of you top-tier players have advice, be it mechanical, gameplay, or mindset wise, to get to the next level? At this point should… [...]

A little context first, I usually like games for their story and lore. So that's really all I really know about street fighter. I always played with keyboard and stay at single player. I pretty much play all street fighter games (except sf5 because people said it leans too much on microtransition and I avoid those like my life depends on it) without any interaction with other people at all. Only recently I was able to bought a controller and decided to delve into internet for sf stuff. I'm still not reall interested with PvP tbh but who knoes maybe… [...]
